✨ How do I apply for a wholesale account?
You can fill out our simple wholesale inquiry form below. We welcome boutiques, pop-up vendors, and online shops with open arms. No storefront required - just a passion for curating beautiful goods.

🧾 Do I need a business license or resale certificate?
Yes, we require a valid resale certificate or business license to open a wholesale account. If you're just getting started, feel free to reach out - we’re happy to guide you through the process.

 

💸 What’s your minimum order?
Opening Order Minimum: $300.

Reorder Minimum: $200.

We’ve intentionally kept our minimums low to support small and growing businesses. Most of our vendors are able to create a full, beautiful display with an opening order—and start selling right away.

🌈 Can I get help choosing my first order?
Yes—and we highly recommend it. If you're new or unsure what will sell in your market, we’ll personally help you curate your first order at no extra cost. Think of it as having a buyer on your team. Whether you're just starting out or already running a boho shop, we’ll help you curate your first order so it fits your market and your customers - at no additional cost.​

 

💵 Will I be able to make a profit selling your products?
Yes - our pricing is designed to support healthy retail markups while still offering your customers unique, high-quality pieces they won’t find everywhere. Many of our wholesale partners are able to sell through quickly, especially at markets and pop-ups.

🛒 How are items packaged?
Most items arrive ready to display or with minimal prep. We design our collections with pop-up vendors in mind—easy to transport, style, and sell.

🛍️ How do I place an order?
Once you're approved, we’ll provide access to our current line sheet or ordering platform. You’ll be able to select the styles and quantities that fit your vibe and your space.

​🔄 Can I reorder specific items?
Yes! If you find something your customers love, you’re welcome to reorder. We do small-batch restocks, so popular pieces often go quickly. Many of our pieces are limited-run and may not be restocked once sold out.

📦 What are your shipping times and costs?
We typically ship within 1-2 business days of receiving your order.

All orders ship from the USA.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order size and location.

Expedited or international shipping is available upon request.

🧵 Are your items ethically sourced?
Absolutely. Everything we sell is fair-trade and hand-selected from small artisan workshops, family-run studios we know personally across Thailand and Southeast Asia. We work directly with our partners to ensure our pieces are made with love, dignity, and craftsmanship.

​📸 Do you provide product photos or marketing support?

We have been there! We know how time-consuming creating content can be - so we’ve got you covered. When you carry Free Spirited Souls, you’ll get access to lifestyle and product photos to use in your shop, on social, or online. This way, you can get to marketing even faster. While not every item may have an image, we’re always expanding our photo library and sharing what’s available to support your marketing.

♻️ What’s your return policy for wholesale?
We accept returns only for damaged or defective items. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your shipment, and we’ll work with you to make it right.
