 Returns & Exchanges

We get it — sometimes things just don’t work out. If you need to return or exchange an item, we’re here to help.

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, with original tags attached, and in the same condition in which they were received. To keep things fresh and fair for everyone, we can only accept returns on items that are unworn, unwashed, and free of strong odors, pet hair, or other signs of use. Thank you for understanding and helping us keep the good vibes going for all!

Returns can be made in person or by mail (return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable).

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue your refund in the same form of payment used at checkout, whenever possible.

Where are your items made?

This is one of our favorite questions to answer — because it speaks to the heart of everything we do.

We’re incredibly proud of the relationships we’ve built with our artisan partners. Over the years, we’ve spent much of our time in Thailand working directly with women-led and family-run small businesses, many of whom we now consider extended family.

Every artisan we collaborate with is someone we know personally. We’re deeply committed to fair-trade and ethical practices, and that starts with trust, transparency, and mutual respect.

As a former business coach, Kim has also mentored several of our artisan partners, helping them understand the world of export, improve their operations, and grow with confidence. Many of the talented makers we work with today were introduced to us by other artisans we had worked with, creating a ripple effect of connection and support.

Together, we’ve grown a global artisan community that’s not just special to us - but one we’re honored to share with you.
